This policy explains what information Proposlee (“we”, “us”) collects when you use proposlee.com and the Proposlee application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace content you add: profiles, skills, services, industries, portfolio items and uploaded files.
• Marketplace connection data, once available: the authorization tokens you grant through a marketplace’s official sign-in, stored encrypted.
• Usage and security information: sign-in activity, an audit trail of important actions, IP address and browser type.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

How we use information

• To provide the service: matching jobs to your profile, drafting proposals and tracking opportunities.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
• To respond to your requests and improve Proposlee.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Some features send the relevant text — for example portfolio descriptions or a job description — to an AI provider to generate embeddings or drafts. We send only what a feature needs, and AI output is always shown to you for review before use.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, file storage, AI processing, email and payments. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for marketplace credentials, private file storage with expiring links, workspace isolation and role-based access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete content at any time, disconnect integrations, and ask us to delete your account or export your data. Data obtained from a marketplace is handled according to that marketplace’s requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us through our contact page.
