These terms govern your use of Proposlee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Proposlee helps freelancers and agencies find opportunities, assess fit, prepare proposals and manage their pipeline. Proposlee is in early access; features may change, and some features are released in stages.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including actions by members you invite.

Your content and AI drafts

• You own the content you add. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service.
• AI-generated drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving anything before it is sent.
• You must not use Proposlee to misrepresent your experience, qualifications, results or clients.

Marketplaces

When you connect a marketplace, you must also follow that marketplace’s terms. Proposlee uses official APIs only and does not guarantee any outcome, including that you will be hired or win any job. Upwork is a trademark of Upwork Global Inc. Proposlee is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Upwork.

Acceptable use

• No spam, mass unsolicited submissions or attempts to bypass marketplace rules.
• No attempts to access other workspaces’ data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, if you choose one, renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and credit allowances are shown before you subscribe.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes on third-party marketplaces.

Ending your use

You may stop using Proposlee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
